ADHESIVES

EXCEL ONE is a low viscosity liquid PU glue which has been on the European market for 24 years. In 1992, EXCEL ONE was the first of its kind to be introduced in the United States. Originally designed for the woodworking industry, EXCEL ONE provides the same strong bond for melamine, ceramic, HDF and MDF, polystyrene, solid surface materials, and masonry products, and a variety of other materials.

EXCEL XPRESS, a fast acting, cartridge-loaded polyurethane gel, is engineered to bond any two materials as long as one of them is porous. This product can be used in home building, furniture building and restoration, hobbies and crafts, outdoor furniture making, boat building and repair, natural stone fabrication and installation, masonry bondings, and many other applications. First introduced in Europe eight years ago, EXCEL XPRESS was the first of its kind on the American market.

EXCEL STRUCTAN, a close relative of EXCEL XPRESS, except that it is slower acting, giving the user a longer open (working) time. Also, Structan is 10% to 25% stronger than liquid polyurethane adhesives. Structan is most suitable for heavy-duty uses, but can also be used for the same applications as other PU glues. It will bond the same materials as EXCEL ONE and EXCEL XPRESS.
