Tips for use

The following are important tips to keep in mind when using EXCEL Polyurethane Adhesives.

Polyurethane (PU) glue is moisture cured. Brushing or misting the surface with water prior to applying the glue will help to ensure a strong bond.

PU glue need only be applied to one surface.
bullet

PU glue expands (and foams) as it cures, so USE SPARINGLY. A thin film is all that is needed. Too much glue applied will seep out and foam up.

Only light clamping is needed.
bullet

Depending on the application, PU glue may be spread or applied in a bead.

EXCEL PU glues store best refrigerated
